{"id":272,"date":"2010-10-21T12:11:35","date_gmt":"2010-10-21T11:11:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.atma-reizen.nl\/blog\/?p=272"},"modified":"2025-06-16T14:58:35","modified_gmt":"2025-06-16T13:58:35","slug":"pikante-kofta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.atma-reizen.nl\/blog\/pikante-kofta\/","title":{"rendered":"PIKANTE KOFTA met Egyptische salade"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Voor 4 personen.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #6600cc;\">KOFTA<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>500 gram rundergehakt<br \/>\nsnufje zout en peper<br \/>\n1 ui, gesnipperd<br \/>\n1 teentje knoflook, geperst<br \/>\n\u00bd theelepel kaneelpoeder<br \/>\n1 theelepel chilipoeder<br \/>\n1 eetlepel fijn gehakte verse munt of koriander<br \/>\n3 eetlepels olijfolie<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.atma-reizen.nl\/egypte\/images\/kofta.jpg\" alt=\"\" align=\"left\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"10\" \/>TOMATENSAUS<br \/>\nOngeveer 5\/6 tomaten<br \/>\nKlein blikje tomaten puree<br \/>\n1 ui, gesnipperd<br \/>\nKomijn, zout, peper<br \/>\nKip bouillon<\/p>\n<p>SALADE<br \/>\nTomaten &amp; komkommer<br \/>\nBosuitje, gesnipperd<br \/>\nPeterselie, snufje zwarte peper en zout<br \/>\nOlijfolie<br \/>\nCitroen<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BEREIDINGSWIJZE:<\/p>\n<p>Meng voor de kofta het gehakt met de ingredi\u00ebnten: gesnipperde ui, knoflook en verse munt of koriander, voeg kaneelpoeder en een snufje zout en peper toe. Vorm van het gehaktmengsel korte frikandellen. Verhit de olijfolie en de chilipoeder in een koekenpan en bak hierin het gehakt rondom bruin en gaar in 15 &#8211; 20 minuten.<\/p>\n<p>Snij de tomaten in kleine blokjes. Doe wat olijfolie in de koekenpan en bak de gesnipperde ui goudbruin. Voeg de tomatenblokjes toe en verhit deze op hoog vuur, tot een papperig, dikkere saus. Meng de kip bouillon in water en voeg deze toe, samen met het blikje tomatenpuree en de kruiden. Roeren op laag vuur tot een saus. Leg de kofta\u2019s in de saus en laat even samen pruttelen.<\/p>\n<p>Je kunt dit serveren met een eenvoudige Egyptische salade: Snij wat tomaten, komkommer, een bosuitje, peterselie in hele kleine blokjes\/stukjes.
