In de dhaba\u2019s (eetkraampjes) die je tijdens de Atma Reizen veel tegenkomt, is dit \u00e9\u00e9n van de 3 of 4 gerechten die worden klaargemaakt.<br \/>\nMomo\u2019s zijn gestoomde of gefrituurde deegflapjes met vlees (rundvlees gehakt met uien) of groenten.<\/p>\n<p>Voor 12-18 stuks<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voor het deeg:<br \/>\n<\/strong>3 koppen bloem (1 kop=2,4 dl)<br \/>\n2,4 dl warm water met bouillon<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"right alignleft\" title=\"Momo's\" src=\"https:\/\/www.atma-reizen.nl\/blog\/img\/momos.jpg\" alt=\"Momo's\" width=\"280\" height=\"160\" \/><strong>Voor de vleesvulling:<br \/>\n<\/strong>500 g mager rundvlees fijngehakt<br \/>\n1 fijngesneden ui<br \/>\n250 g daikon, spinazie of kool &#8211; fijngesneden<br \/>\n1 fijngesneden teentje knoflook<br \/>\n2 fijngesneden lente-uitjes<br \/>\n2 eetlepels verse, fijngesneden koriander<br \/>\nzout naar smaak<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bereiding:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Meng bloem en water, kneed het tot en soepel deeg en vorm er een bal van.<br \/>\nLaat 30 minuten bedekt met een vochtige theedoek rijzen.<\/p>\n<p>Breng een grote pan water aan de kook.<\/p>\n<p>Snijd het deeg in 12 tot 18 stukken. Rol die uit in kleine, platte cirkels van ongeveer 7 cm diameter en 1 mm dik. Eventueel het deeg met bloem bestuiven.<\/p>\n<p>Vermeng alle ingredi\u00ebnten voor de vulling. De Tibetanen doen het niet maar je kunt de vulling licht aanbraden met olie. Plaats een lepeltje van de vulling in ieder cirkeltje, maak er dan een pakketje van en zorg dat ze goed dicht zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Plaats de momo&#8217;s in een stoompan of stoommachine en stoom ze gedurende 30 minuten.<br \/>\nDe momo\u2019s kunnen na het stomen nog gefrituurd worden.<\/p>\n<p>Serveer met een milde tomatensaus, &#8220;Tsal&#8221;, gemaakt van fijngehakte tomaten, verse koriander, lente-ui, look en sojasaus.<\/p>\n<p>Een vegetarische vulling bestaat uit fijngesneden kool, bok choy, tofu, lente-ui, gember en look.<\/p>\n<p>Eet smakelijk!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Momo\u2019s is een typisch Tibetaans gerecht.
